The boys sent me to Home Depot several times today. All-in-all, I think I’ve gone solo to Home Depot 4 times since this all started a little over a week ago. It is with pride that I report that I have come home with exactly the right things all 4 times I have been sent!

This is either because I am a genius who understands all things construction-related, and I could build the pyramids.

…or it may have something to do with the very detailed lists I have been provided with on each trip (including the color of the packaging).

And it may also have a little bit to do with the fact that I always find someone with an orange apron to help me.

But still. I’m pretty pleased not to have been fired from Home Depot shopping like I was fired from painting. Finally, I can help with something!
